Simply download ICIC POCKETS from play store .and open then enter you phone numbe,email name etc.then after verification you will see you ICIC VISA CREDIT Card.now you can load money and use on any visa accepted.you can request a physical card to use for offline shopping.no  paperwork required. I am using it it was fantastic.
